If your content is destroyed, lost or changed while using this service, this photo session shall not be liable unless there is intentional or gross negligence in this photo session.

Any dispute, trouble, etc. that occurs between customers or a third party in connection with this agreement or this service shall be resolved at the customer's responsibility, and we shall take any responsibility (liability for damages). Compensation for damages

If the customer violates this agreement and causes damage to us, the customer shall be liable for all damages directly or indirectly to us, and this photo session will compensate the customer for the damage. You can charge to.

Application / change of this agreement

This photo opposition may change this agreement at any time without obtaining the consent of this service user if it deems it necessary.

The user of this service agrees in advance that this photo opposition will change this agreement at any time, and that the terms of use of this service will be based on the changed agreement.

Unless otherwise specified by this photo opposition, the contents of this agreement after the change shall be posted on the photo opposition homepage, and the change shall take effect from the time specified in the notice.
